Belsave Guardian is designed to let you decide what is stored and what may be prepared on your behalf.

Data processed
Account ID, email address, consent choices, documents you import, deadlines and drafts you create. We never ask for your ChatGPT, Apple or Google password.
Purpose and legal basis
Authentication protects your space. Life Wallet, email import and drafts are enabled only with your explicit consent. Data is used only to provide Guardian and secure the service.
Documents and security
Life Wallet files are encrypted before storage and separated by account. They are decrypted only when the owner downloads them. Documents are not public and are not sold.
AI and actions
AI analysis runs only when you request it. Necessary content may be processed by OpenAI (lead analysis), Google Gemini (official-source research using minimised text) and Anthropic Claude (document verification when needed). Belsave does not retain the analysis document without your consent and sends nothing without separate confirmation.
Retention and deletion
Items remain available until you delete them. The dashboard lets you delete one document or all Guardian data. Deletion removes active data; technical backups follow the hosting provider’s secure retention cycle.
Your rights
You can view, export, replace and delete your data from the dashboard. You may withdraw each consent at any time; new processing for that feature will stop.
Cookies and email connections
Belsave uses only mechanisms required for operation and security. To measure campaigns, visits and key actions are counted in aggregate with UTM parameters; no advertising cookies, raw IP addresses, persistent identifiers or document contents are stored in these statistics. Manual .eml import is available. No continuous Gmail or Outlook connection is active until it is authorised and clearly accepted by the user.
